This gastronomic tour is designed to bring you exclusive experiences that best capture the unique foods and culinary traditions of Uzbek cuisine. Uzbek national cuisine is probably one of the richest cuisines in the Orient! Uzbekistan was on the famous Silk Road, and for a hundred years it absorbed interesting and unusual dishes from other countries. Traders shared particularly secret recipes with one another. In this way, some dishes from other peoples penetrated Uzbek cuisine and were later considered “national”. Every dish has its ceremonial and special features of preparation. You will be charmed by the sweet scents of the ripe local fruits that look so enticing. Uzbekistan is called a land of thousands of fruits. Day 1. Arrival to Tashkent

Arrival in Tashkent. Your guide will be waiting for you. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

You will visit the Khasti Imam Square with the beautiful Barak Khan Medrese, the Tilla Sheikh Mosque and the Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum. Here you can take a look at the Quran handwritten by the third Caliph Osman (644-656) Continue with a visit to the huge Chorsu Bazaar.
Lunch at the pilaf center where you will taste Tashkent pilav.
In the afternoon you will continue your exploration tour in the modern part of the city and visit the Independence Square, Amir Timur Square. Dinner in the restaurant (main course - Noreen). Overnight at hotel.

Drive to Samarkand. Stop in Jizzakh on the way. Lunch in the local tea room (Choyxona). Tasting of the famous Jizzakh Somsa (the baked dumplings) and Shurpa (soup). Arrival in Samarkand.
Capital of Tamerlane, the great city of the ancient Sogdiana, lies at the crossroads of the main trade routes from China, Siberia, Persia and the west. This step alone is an essential point in the journey to understanding the power of the Khan dynasty at that time. Be amazed by these amazing shades of blue over sights such as the famous mosque of Bibi Khanum, the Gur-Emir (tomb of ruler Timur and his descendants) or the famous Registan Square (XV century XVII) that are never indifferent to any traveler.

Today you will visit the Shakhi Zinda necropolis, the old tissue paper manufacture and the Ulugbek observatory (XV century), which tells the fascinating story of the little son Tamerlane.
Lunch at the Samarkand Pilaf center - Samarkand pilaf tasting. Next, visit the Bagizagan winery located in the Taylyak district. Bagizagan Village is 25 km from the city. A short tour of the wine plantation, then an acquaintance with the process of processing the grapes and making wine. Wine tasting in the cellar room. Today we drive to Bukhara via Schakhrisabs (former Kesch), the hometown of Tamerlane. We visit the "White Palace" (Ak-Saray XIV century), including the impressive remains of the portal offer a unique mosaic decor. In the afternoon transfer through the desert to Bukhara. Dinner at the National House (the main course: Dymlama, Balaza Shurpa). Overnight at hotel.

You will discover this city as "the pearl of the desert". It is a city along the Silk Road. The city is a true home of Islam in Central Asia that flourished for many centuries. The city is home to hundreds of Islamic schools and crafts of carpets and decorations. During the tour you will visit the Samanid Mausoleum, Ark Fortress, Poy-i-Kalon, the Koran schools of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan.
Lunch at the tea house in town (main dishes: various shashliks, Bukhara Somsa).
Afternoon visit the Lyabi House Ensemble, Minor Medrese Choir and Commercial Vaults of the Medieval Centuries. Tasting of tea with various spices and traditional Bukhara sweets in the tea house "Spices of the Silk Road". Dinner - Bukhara pilaf tasting. Overnight at hotel.

As you drive through the Kyzylkum Desert, you will discover that the seemingly wasteland also has a lot to offer. You will drive along the Amu Darya River, the life-giving stream of Central Asia. Sightseeing in the city in the morning. Meeting with one of the most remarkable cities of the Khorezm oasis. It was the capital of the khanate in the seventeenth century and one of the great trading centers in Central Asia. The city is currently a historical center surrounded by a city wall, a source of wealth of the authentic palaces of the Khan (Kunya Ark Citadel in the sixteenth century). You will visit Juma Mosque, Madrasah Muhammad Amin Chan, Citadel Kochna Ark, Pachlovon Machmud Mausoleum , Alakuli Chan madrasah and others
Lunch in the national house "Zerafshan" (main dishes - Khiva-Shivit Oschi and Khan's dish - Tuhum-Barak).
Free time in the afternoon, an opportunity for everyone to discover this beautifully preserved city.
Dinner in a restaurant. You will taste the national dishes of Khorezm region.

In the morning transfer to the airport. They fly to Tashkent. Reception at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner in a restaurant in Tashkent.
